For the woman in wellness who isn't quite ready to launch but wants to

develop a program thats been on her mind for quite some time.

 

• MONTHLY SESSIONS: At the beginning of each month we'll begin with one 2-hr. tune-in session. I'll tune into your energy to get a read on what you need energetically, physically, mentally and emotionally.  We'll chit-chat about your goals and intentions for our work together, what you want to achieve, where you're currently at & what you can work on for that month. 

• CARE PACKAGE: After each tune-in session, I'll send you a personalized care package based on your needs. This can include oracle cards, crystals, notes of encouragement, mantras... each month will be different as you evolve & your needs change.

• UNLIMITED EMAIL ACCESS: Unlimited e-mail access is available throughout the duration of your package. You have my full permission rant, rave, ask questions at any time - honor your feelings and let it flow.

• MID-MONTH CHAT: We'll have a 1-hr. mid-month phone check-in to see what you've been up to, what's left to cover for the month, and where you'll go from here!
