Monthly Sessions: At the beginning of each month we'll begin with one two hour session to check-in energetically, physically, mentally and emotionally. We'll chit-chat about your goals and intentions, what you want to achieve, where you're currently at & what you can work on for that month.

Mid-Month Chat: We'll have a 90 min. mid-month check-in call or you can choose to have a 30 min. call each week to see what you've been up to, what's left to cover for the month, and where you'll go from here!
